We may collect names, job titles, organisational details, contact information, CVs, professional qualifications, DBS information, safeguarding records, consultancy documentation, meeting minutes, financial information, notes and website enquiry details.

We process personal data to deliver governance consultancy services, prepare minutes, notes, give advice and panel documentation, manage contracts, comply with safeguarding obligations, process payments, conducting investigations and maintain professional standards.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on contractual necessity, legal obligation and legitimate interests as our lawful bases for processing. Sensitive personal data is processed only where required by law or with appropriate safeguards.

We may share information with consultants assigned to specific work, professional advisers, IT and accounting providers, and regulatory or safeguarding authorities where legally required. We do not sell or trade personal data.
