Founder & Director of

With a rich background in the professional services sector, Tracy excels in building, motivating, and uniting teams for enhanced collaboration and results. Known for her common-sense approach, transparent leadership style, and strong focus on governance.
HR
Michelle Barnes
Michelle is an HR and Leadership Specialist with over 25 years experience, gained through working in partnership with Operations and leading high performing retail HR teams across London and surrounding areas.
She was the Regional HR Manager and retail HR lead, when Iceland won Best Company To Work For in 2012.
As an HR and Leadership specialist, sector experience includes, professional services, manufacturing, distribution and SME's.
Strategic Governance Consultant / MATS
Ian Phillips
Ian is a serial Chair of educational institutions and excels in strategic and governance issues pertaining to leadership or advisory role.
His work in state-funded schools and colleges has ranged from chairing an outstanding sixth form college for 12 years, driving the merger of infant and junior schools to white-hot crisis resolution in a single academy trust.
His background career in business ranged from running law publishing operations to speechwriting for senior European executives. He then committed a significant tranche of his working life to supporting education, which he finds a rich and rewarding experience.
Effective Minute Taker
Claudia Maresca
Claudia is a natural problem solver with the ability to think quickly, make decisions and communicate these clearly whilst remaining calm under pressure.
She is excels in accurately recording and documenting.
Lean Six Sigma, Prince2 and CIPD trained and qualified.
